  • technical information such as browser type, device category, pages visited, referral information, approximate session activity, and security-related request information.

Please provide only information reasonably necessary for the service you are requesting.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use personal information to:

  • create and manage accounts;
  • provide Student Portal functionality;
  • process university, scholarship, service, and other applications;
  • manage appointments and enquiries;
  • provide educational and application-support services;
  • manage documents and uploaded files;
  • review and publish approved academic research;
  • process partnership requests;
  • administer payments and refunds;

  • protect users and our systems;
  • maintain appropriate business records; and
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

We aim to use information only for purposes reasonably connected with why it was collected or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

3. Applications, Documents and Research

When you request a Nexora service, we may process information and documents necessary to provide that service.

Where reasonably necessary, relevant information may be shared with universities, educational institutions, scholarship providers, service providers, or other organizations involved in a service you have requested.

Sensitive or private documents are intended to be accessible only where appropriate authorization exists.

Research submissions may remain restricted during review. If research is approved for publication, information intended for publication—such as the author's name, academic affiliation, biography, research title, abstract, photograph where provided, and approved publication material—may become publicly available.

Authors should not include unnecessary confidential or personal information in material intended for publication.

4. Cookies and Analytics

Nexora may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to support:

  • authentication and sessions;
  • account and website security;
  • privacy preferences;
  • website functionality;
  • fraud and abuse prevention; and
  • analytics where permitted.

We may use first-party analytics to understand general use of public areas of the website.

Our first-party analytics system is designed not to store raw visitor IP addresses as part of ordinary analytics records. Network information may nevertheless be processed where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, rate limiting, fraud prevention, or infrastructure operation.

Where consent is required for optional analytics, we aim not to activate consent-dependent analytics unless appropriate permission has been provided.

For more information, please review our Cookie Policy.

5. Advertising and Future Services

Nexora may introduce advertising, sponsored content, affiliate relationships, or advertising-related services in the future.

Google AdSense is not currently represented as active on Nexora merely because advertising is discussed in this policy.

If advertising technologies are introduced, we may update this Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy to explain the relevant data processing, cookies, advertising partners, and privacy choices.

Where required, appropriate consent or privacy controls will be implemented before consent-dependent advertising technologies are activated.

6. How We Share Information

We may share information where reasonably necessary with:

  • universities and educational institutions;
  • scholarship providers;
  • technology, hosting, storage, and communication providers;
  • payment providers and financial intermediaries;
  • professional advisers;
  • authorized staff or representatives;
  • organizations involved in providing a service requested by you;
  • government or regulatory authorities where legally required; or
  • other parties where you authorize the disclosure or applicable law permits it.

We do not intend to disclose personal information unnecessarily.

Independent third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies.

7. International Processing

Nexora operates in Afghanistan while supporting international education and users who may interact with institutions and service providers in other countries.

Personal information may therefore be processed, stored, accessed, or transferred across national borders where reasonably necessary to operate the platform or provide requested services.

Privacy laws differ between countries. Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, Nexora will seek to use suitable safeguards for international processing.

8. Data Retention

We may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide requested services;
  • administer accounts and applications;
  • maintain transaction and business records;
  • manage research publications;
  • resolve disputes;
  • prevent fraud and abuse;
  • comply with legal obligations; and
  • protect legitimate interests.

Different types of information may be retained for different periods.

When information is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise securely disposed of, subject to applicable legal, operational, archival, and security requirements.

9. Security

Nexora uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information.

These may include authentication and authorization controls, restricted access, protected file storage, server-side validation, database security controls, abuse protections, and administrative access controls.

However, no website, network, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are also responsible for protecting their passwords, accounts, devices, and personal information.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

Nexora may provide links to universities, scholarship providers, employers, government authorities, educational organizations, and other third-party websites.

These organizations operate independently from Nexora, and we do not control their privacy practices.

When you leave Nexora or provide information directly to another organization, you should review that organization's privacy policy and terms.

11. Children and Minors

Nexora's services may be used by students, including individuals who may be under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary for the relevant educational or service-related purpose.

Where parental or guardian consent, authorization, or additional protections are legally required for a particular user or service, Nexora may require appropriate authorization.

Parents or guardians who believe information concerning a minor has been provided improperly may contact us.

12. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the ability to request:

  • access to certain personal information;
  • correction of inaccurate information;
  • deletion where appropriate;
  • restriction of or objection to certain processing;
  • withdrawal of consent where processing depends on consent; or
  • changes to optional cookie or analytics preferences.

These rights may be subject to identity verification and applicable legal, security, record-retention, or other legitimate requirements.

You may contact us to make a privacy request.
