Welcome to Nexora International Education.

Nexora International Education ("Nexora", "we", "us", or "our") is the public-facing brand operated by Nex Sora Educational Services Company, an educational services company registered in Afghanistan.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nexora website, Student Portal, applications, educational services, research services, appointment systems, and other services provided through our platform.

By accessing or using Nexora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant services.

1. About Nexora

Nexora provides information, technology, and educational support services that may include:

• university and program information;
• university application support;
• scholarship information and applications;
• educational counselling and related services;
• visa-related information and application support;
• career and job opportunities;
• student accounts and document management;
• appointments and consultations;
• research submission and publication;
• educational news and resources;
• partnership opportunities; and
• other education-related services introduced from time to time.

The availability and terms of individual services may vary.

2. No Guarantee of Admission, Scholarship, Visa, Employment or Other Results

Nexora may provide information, guidance, administrative assistance, application support, or related services, but final decisions are generally made by independent third parties.

Unless Nexora expressly states otherwise in writing, we do not guarantee:

• university or college admission;
• scholarship approval or funding;
• visa approval;
• embassy or immigration decisions;
• employment, interviews, or job offers;
• academic results;
• research publication or acceptance;
• partnership approval; or
• any particular financial, educational, professional, or immigration outcome.

Past results, testimonials, success stories, or examples do not guarantee similar results for another person.

3. University and Scholarship Information

Nexora may publish information about universities, educational institutions, programs, scholarships, funding opportunities, deadlines, and eligibility requirements.

We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but universities, scholarship providers, and other organizations may change their requirements, deadlines, fees, programs, or decisions without notice.

Users should verify important information with the relevant institution or official source before making significant decisions.

Listing an institution or opportunity on Nexora does not automatically mean that the institution is formally partnered with, represented by, or endorsed by Nexora unless we expressly identify such a relationship.

4. Visa and Immigration Information

Nexora may provide general visa-related information and administrative support connected with education or international study.

Visa and immigration decisions are made by governments, embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, or other authorized bodies.

Nexora does not control those decisions and cannot guarantee a visa or immigration outcome.

Unless expressly stated otherwise and provided by an appropriately qualified professional, information available through Nexora should not be considered legal or regulated immigration advice.

Users remain responsible for checking current requirements with the appropriate official authority.

5. Jobs and Career Opportunities

Nexora may publish jobs, internships, career opportunities, or employment-related information.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party employers are responsible for their own recruitment processes, requirements, interviews, employment decisions, contracts, compensation, and workplace practices.

Nexora does not guarantee employment, interview selection, salary, or any other employment outcome.

Users should independently evaluate employers and opportunities before providing sensitive information or entering into employment arrangements.

6. User Accounts and Student Portal

Some Nexora services may require an account.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate information;
• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• keeping account information reasonably current;

• notifying Nexora if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must not access another person's account without authorization or attempt to bypass Nexora's authentication or security systems.

Nexora may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, maintain security, or enforce these Terms.

7. Applications and User Responsibilities

When submitting an application, form, document, research paper, partnership request, or other material through Nexora, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You must not knowingly submit:

• forged or fraudulent documents;
• deliberately false or misleading information;
• content that infringes another person's rights;
• malicious files or software;
• unlawful material; or
• information you are not authorized to provide.

Providing false or fraudulent information may result in rejection, suspension, termination of services, or other appropriate action.

Nexora is not responsible for negative outcomes caused by inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or late information supplied by a user.

8. Documents and Sensitive Information

Users should upload only documents reasonably necessary for the service they are requesting.

Do not provide passwords, complete payment-card credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary forms, email, or support requests.

Nexora may reject, remove, or restrict files that create security risks, violate these Terms, appear fraudulent, or are unrelated to the requested service.

9. Research Submissions and Publications

Nexora may allow researchers, students, academics, and other eligible authors to submit research for review and possible publication.

Submitting research does not guarantee publication.

Authors are responsible for:

• the originality and accuracy of their work;
• obtaining necessary permissions;
• proper citation and attribution;
• avoiding plagiarism;
• ensuring they have the right to submit the material; and
• complying with applicable academic and ethical requirements.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, submitting research does not automatically transfer ownership of the author's copyright to Nexora.

Where research is approved for publication, the author grants Nexora a non-exclusive permission to host, display, reproduce, format, and distribute the approved material as reasonably necessary to publish and operate the research service.

Views expressed in research publications belong to their respective authors and do not necessarily represent Nexora.

10. Payments, Fees and Refunds

Some Nexora services may require payment.

Applicable fees, payment requirements, or service conditions should be communicated before or during the relevant transaction where appropriate.

Fees charged independently by universities, government authorities, embassies, payment processors, testing organizations, or other third parties are separate from Nexora's own service fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any service-specific terms communicated to you.

A rejection by a university, scholarship provider, embassy, employer, research reviewer, or another third party does not by itself mean that Nexora failed to provide a purchased service.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Nexora website and its original design, branding, text, graphics, software, interfaces, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Nexora and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for lawful personal, educational, or authorized business purposes.

You must not, without appropriate permission:

• copy or reproduce substantial proprietary Nexora content for commercial use;
• falsely present Nexora content as your own;
• misuse Nexora branding or trademarks;
• attempt to sell or commercially exploit protected website materials; or
• interfere with or reverse engineer protected platform functionality except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, research works, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Acceptable Use

You must not use Nexora to:

• violate applicable law;
• commit fraud or impersonate another person;
• interfere with website security;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• distribute malware or malicious code;
• scrape or overload the platform in an abusive manner;
• submit spam;
• harass or harm other users;
• misuse personal information; or
• engage in conduct that could reasonably damage Nexora, its users, partners, or infrastructure.

We may take reasonable technical or administrative measures to prevent abuse and protect the platform.

13. Third-Party Websites and Services

Nexora may link to or interact with websites and services operated by universities, employers, scholarship providers, governments, payment providers, technology companies, or other third parties.

Those services are independently controlled.

Nexora is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, security, products, services, or decisions of independent third parties merely because we provide a link or reference to them.

Users should review the relevant third party's own terms and policies.

14. Partnerships and Institutional Relationships

Nexora may work with universities, educational organizations, businesses, and other partners.

Displaying the name, logo, program, scholarship, or information of an organization does not automatically establish an official partnership, agency relationship, endorsement, or representation unless Nexora expressly identifies the relationship as such.

Formal partnership arrangements may be subject to separate written agreements.

15. Advertising and Sponsored Content

Nexora may introduce advertisements, sponsored content, affiliate relationships, or other commercial arrangements in the future.

The presence of advertising or sponsored material does not necessarily constitute Nexora's endorsement of the advertiser, product, service, or claim.

Advertising relationships will not automatically create a university partnership or other institutional relationship.

Where required, sponsored or advertising content may be identified appropriately.

16. Availability and Changes to the Platform

We aim to keep Nexora available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• maintenance;
• upgrades;
• technical problems;
• hosting or infrastructure issues;
• security incidents;
• third-party service failures; or
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nexora's website, information, and services are provided on an "as available" basis.

While we aim to provide accurate and useful services, we cannot guarantee that every piece of information will always be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every user's circumstances.

Users remain responsible for evaluating important information before relying on it.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nexora and Nex Sora Educational Services Company will not be responsible for losses resulting solely from decisions or actions of independent third parties, including universities, scholarship providers, employers, embassies, governments, payment providers, or other organizations outside our reasonable control.

We are also not responsible for losses caused by a user's false information, failure to meet deadlines, failure to follow official requirements, or unauthorized use of an account.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

By using Nexora, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in those policies and as reasonably necessary to provide requested services.

20. Suspension or Termination

Nexora may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to particular services where reasonably necessary because of:

• serious or repeated violations of these Terms;
• fraudulent activity;
• security threats;
• unauthorized access;
• abuse of the platform;
• legal requirements; or
• conduct that materially threatens Nexora or other users.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Afghanistan, subject to any mandatory rights or laws that may apply to a user based on their circumstances or jurisdiction.

If a dispute arises, we encourage users to contact Nexora first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter reasonably and in good faith.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a person from exercising rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, business operations, technologies, legal requirements, or policies change.

When material changes are made, we may update the effective date and version shown on this page and provide additional notice where appropriate.

Continued use of the relevant services after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
